Satisfaction Guarantee (30 Days)
At AuraVida, we care about the highest quality and your satisfaction when using our organic incense. If for any reason the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you have every right to return the unused goods within 30 calendar days from the moment you receive the parcel.
Return or Complaint Conditions
For the return or complaint process to be successful, the returned products must meet the following requirements:
- The incense must be in its original, intact packaging (protective tube) and must show no signs of burning, use or mechanical damage.
- The protective tube must be sealed for sanitary and hygiene reasons, so that it is fit for resale.
- You must provide the order details (full name, email address and phone number) used when placing the order on our site.
How to Request a Return
To start the return procedure, please contact our customer care team by email at: [email protected]. In your message, provide your details, your contact number and the reason for the return.
We will respond within 24 to 48 hours, providing the physical address of our warehouse in the Philippines and detailed shipping instructions. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned parcel at our warehouse and verified the condition of the packaging and its contents, we will approve your return. The money will be refunded by bank transfer or e-wallet to the account indicated in the email within 3 to 7 business days.
