Order Processing & Shipping
We understand how important it is to quickly purify the air in your home and get rid of unwanted visitors (insects, mites). All orders placed on our site before 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, are packed and handed over to the selected courier (J&T Express, LBC or Ninja Van) the same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the following business morning.
Shipping Times & Costs in the Philippines
At AuraVida, we care about the convenience of our customers across the Philippines, offering simple and transparent shipping terms:
- Standard shipping (2–7 business days): Completely Free for any kit ordered (whether you choose 1, 2 or 3 packs). Delivery to Metro Manila typically takes 2–3 business days, and provincial areas 3–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide at no extra charge. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel is delivered to your door.
Shipment Tracking
Once the courier picks up your parcel, you'll receive an SMS or email with a tracking number. This lets you follow your incense's journey in real time and know the exact delivery date.
Delivery Coverage
We ship across the entire Philippines, including Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao — to any city, municipality or barangay. We currently do not offer international shipping outside the Philippines.
